Top Esports and Bilibili Gaming will clash on Saturday for a spot in the quarterfinals, marking their third meeting since the start of the final split.

Bilibili Gaming won both meetings, including one in the LPL Split 3 upper bracket final and the grand final. However, both went the distance (3-2), and could’ve ended in Top Esports’ favor.

More important than past head-to-head results is the teams’ form, yet neither have shown anything outstanding. Top Esports have shown cracks in their teamfighting, whereas Bilibili Gaming have struggled with tier macro, which has been on full display even against weaker opponents.

After an explosive start LoL Worlds 2025, CTBC Flying Oyster had to admit defeat to Anyone’s Legend and Hanwha Life Esports, and are now facing elimination. However, neither of the last two losses were bad beats as CFO had their chances to turn the series around.

FlyQuest have done well this tournament, albeit they’ve only beaten Vivo Keyd Stars and Team Secret Whales, so they have yet to show much against a stronger opponent. On a more positive note, FlyQuest have a solid top-jungle duo, but elsewhere, they are lacking.

Both teams are known to be more explosive than most other squads at LoL Worlds. This has turned around and bit CFO in the last two series, but unlike Hanwha Life Esports and Anyone’s Legend, FlyQuest will have a much tougher time stopping the aggressive play-style.

MOVISTAR KOI vs T1
