VALORANT Champions 2025 rolls on with a pair of lower-bracket quarterfinals on Monday, September 29, with the winners advancing in Paris and the losers heading home.

The action kicks off with Paper Rex taking on Team Heretics at 3pm local time, while MIBR are set to clash with DRX at 6pm.

We at eSportBet.com have looked over both fixtures and picked out the best bets for the day, with odds from the top VALORANT betting sites.

PAPER REX v TEAM HERETICS

Paper Rex came into VALORANT Champions 2025 as outright title favorites with online bookmakers, but they will have to do it the hard way after losing to Fnatic over three maps in the upper-bracket semifinals on Sunday.

Team Heretics went unbeaten in the group stage as well, only to fall 0-2 to MIBR in their playoff opener. They bounced back with a 2-1 win over dark horses GIANTX, although that did include a 3-13 defeat on Lotus.

Despite strong VALORANT Champions Tour form, Paper Rex have shown they are far from unbeatable on the big stage. Also, they’ve dropped maps in each of their last three matches in France.

Heretics have battled against outsiders in their last two series; however, they showed their international credentials when taking out the VALORANT Esports World Cup title in July.

It’s tempting to take the underdogs at the moneyline, but the safe bet is the over on total maps.

MIBR v DRX

Best Odds: MIBR -161.29 at BetOnline | DRX +125 at SportsBetting
When: September 29, 2025 | 18:00 CEST
Watch live: Twitch

MIBR arrived in France at long odds to win the VALORANT Champions title, but esports betting sites now have them as -161.29 favorites to book a spot in the last four.

The Brazilians looked dominant in 2-0 wins over Bilibili Gaming, Rex Regum Qeon and Team Heretics, while they were competitive in three-map defeats to Fnatic in the Group B winners’ match and NRG in the upper-bracket semifinals.

DRX have also defied the odds to get this far. After beating Team Liquid twice to progress from Group A, they took Fnatic to three maps and then ousted G2 Esports — outstanding form against three of the top four teams in pre-tournament title betting.

With these teams punching above their weight, this is a tough matchup to call. Both sides have shown something against strong opposition, and both will be determined to capitalize on this golden opportunity to go deep.

The over on total maps is sure to attract plenty of interest; however, the plus money for DRX is hard to ignore.
