The Saudi-based roster outlasted 12 teams still in contention heading into the final match, finally bringing home the title they had been chasing since their 2024 disappointment. Gen.G Esports finished second, and Team Falcons claimed third place.

Twisted Minds claim 2025 PUBG EWC title

South Korea’s Lim “Ulsan” Soo-hoon has cemented his place in Tekken history, becoming a back-to-back Esports World Cup champion after winning the Tekken 8 EWC 2025. The DN Freecs star, who also triumphed in 2024, defeated compatriot Yoon “LowHigh” Sun-woong 5-2 in the grand final, taking home US$250,000 and solidifying his status as the highest-earning Tekken player of all time.

Karmine Corp rose to the occasion in Riyadh on Sunday to claim their first-ever Rocket League championship at the 2025 Esports World Cup. The French powerhouse defeated Geekay Esports 4-1 in the grand final, pocketing US$400,000 and 1,000 Club Championship points.

The reigning Club Champions, Team Falcons, gained 1,000 points during Week 6 to jump Team Liquid to take the top spot in the Esports World Cup Club Championship. With three tournaments set to take place in Week 7, Team Liquid and Team Falcons are set to battle it out, as they have at least one player or squad in each of the remaining events.
