BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Round 1 matches revealed

Valve revealed the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 first-round matches on Tuesday, with seedings confirmed following the recent ranking update.

BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 Stage 1 will feature 16 Counter-Strike 2 teams, who earned their spot in the event via regional qualifiers.

The highest-ranked team of the first stage, Complexity (14), will face off against OG (30), while Imperial Esports (32) will clash with B8 (18) in their first meeting ever.

HEROIC (15) will meet with Chinggis Warriors (31), who they beat twice en route to the MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025 title, and BetBoom Team (24) will face Nemiga Gaming (35), who they bested during the Major qualifiers in April.

TYLOO (25) have been drawn with NRG (37), who they last played in August 2019 at the StarLadder Berlin Major, while Lynn Vision (26) will cross swords with Metizport (48) for the first time.

North America’s hopefuls, Wildcard (27), will play Fluxo (61), who dominated the regional qualifiers, while South America’s third seed, BESTIA (76), face a tough challenge in FlyQuest (29). 

BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 is set to begin on June 3 and will follow the Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2025, scheduled for May 19-25.
