SINNERS Esports kicked off YaLLa Compass Fall 2024 with a loss against HOTU but got back on their feet on Thursday with a reverse-sweep victory against Rebels Gaming. 9INE, on the other side, won against OG in the first round but were not as successful against 9Pandas, who bested them in a close series last week.
Based on those results alone, 9INE deserve a lot more respect than what the top CS2 betting sites are giving them. Like SINNERS, Rasmus “raalz” Steensborg and co. are 6-4 from their last 10 series, but they have faced stronger opponents.
It is worth noting that 9INE have a 50% or higher win rate on six of seven maps in the rotation, while they also have a better win rate than SINNERS on four. The only downside of 9INE is that they recently parted ways with their coach, Mikołaj “miNIr0x” Michałków, but this has not slowed them down.
The wrong team is favoured to win.

After reaching the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 semifinals, OG are heavy favourites for this clash. But that accomplishment holds very little weight when we consider what OG have shown over the last month.
Excluding their victories against Virtus.pro and BIG at the Thunderpick World Championship, OG are 2-8 from their last 10 series and enter this match on the back of four straight losses against 9INE, Johnny Speeds, HEROIC, and 3DMAX.
Permitta Esports — No.67 in the CS2 world rankings — are one of the weakest teams attending YaLLa Compass Fall 2024. They are 1-4 from their last five outings, with their only victory in that stretch coming against Team Sampi.
OG should not be losing games like this, but considering they have recently dropped maps against Wu-Tang Clan, Betclic Apogee Esports, and Spirit Academy, there is a good chance they do not come out of this series unharmed.
