Viper joins Bilibili Gaming

Bilibili Gaming have signed star ADC Park “Viper” Do-hyeon, replacing Zhao “Elk” Jia-Hao and reuniting the LPL contender with a title-ready core.

Bilibili Gaming announced the arrival of ADC Park “Viper” Do-hyeon on Monday, December 1, finalizing one of the biggest roster changes of the League of Legends offseason.

Viper left Hanwha Life Esports on November 19, ending his three-year-long stint with the Korean team. Now, the Korean ADC is set to return to the Chinese league, for the first time since 2022, when he departed EDward Gaming.

Widely regarded as one of the best ADC players in the world and one of the most sought-after players on the market, Viper will continue his journey with the new and improved Bilibili Gaming, where he will take over the role previously held by Zhao “Elk” Jia-Hao.

Viper made his professional debut in 2018 with Griffin. With the young roster, he secured promotion to the LoL Champions Korea (LCK), where Griffin took the league by storm, reaching back-to-back finals in the debut year.

However, after the team disbanded, Viper moved to EDward Gaming for the 2021 season and delivered incredible performances.

In his first year on EDG, Viper won LPL Spring regular season MVP, Rookie of the Year, LPL Summer title, and topped it all off with a Summoner’s Cup.

His run through the next season was not as fruitful, ending with a fifth-eighth place finish at LoL Worlds. This led to a roster overhaul and Viper’s return to LCK, where he put on Hanwha Life Esports’ jersey.

Over the three years with HLE, Viper has added more trophies to his name. He won two LCK titles and the inaugural First Stand event, and reached the LoL Worlds quarterfinals in 2024 and 2025.

By returning to China, Viper will aim to relive his days with EDward Gaming and launch an attack on his second Summoner’s Cup. And he has the right players around him to aim for just that.

The arrival of Viper now bolsters BLG’s roster further, as he links up with star players such as top laner Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin, mid laner Zhuo “knight” Ding, support Luo “ON” Wen-Jun, and jungler Peng “Xun” Li-Xun.

With over four weeks to go until the 2026 season kicks off, Bilibili Gaming are one of the few LPL teams who have finalized their lineup.

Other top contenders, including Anyone’s Legend, Invictus Gaming, JD Gaming, and Top Esports, on the other hand, still have some missing pieces.

The top League of Legends betting sites have yet to open outright markets for LPL 2026 Split 1; however, those markets are expected to become available in the coming couple of weeks, when teams announce their lineups.
