Check out ESB’s free betting tips and match insights for two playoff clashes in VCT Americas this Friday.

VCT Betting Predictions

Four teams remain in the race for the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 Americas Stage 2 title, with only four more games left to be played.

While only the final match of the day between Cloud9 and NRG will be decisive in the quest for VALORANT Champions 2025 places, the upper-bracket clash between Sentinels and G2 Esports is just as exciting from a betting perspective.

Here are our previews and tips for the two fixtures, with odds from top VALORANT bookmakers in United States.

These teams last met in the opening week of the VCT 2025 Americas Stage 2 group stage, when Sentinels edged it with 13-8 on Corrode, 6-13 on Ascent, and 14-12 on Lotus. They kept the momentum going and ended Group Alpha with a perfect record, while G2 Esports won their next four games and dropped just one map in the process.

So far in the playoffs, G2 Esports have beaten 100 Thieves and reverse-swept NRG. Sentinels, on the other side, won a close game against Cloud9.

By playing two games, G2 Esports should be better prepared; however, they have also provided Sentinels more footage to study, giving Amine “johnqt” Ouarid and his crew a slight advantage.

Sentinels have looked the better team in the knockout stage — especially Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey, who has been firing on all cylinders as the league’s highest-rated player (1.22). As slight underdogs, the value is with them.

NRG vs CLOUD9

Best Odds: NRG -188.68 at BetOnline | C9 +150 at SportsBetting

In the final match of the day, Cloud9 and NRG will face off for a spot in the lower-bracket final and direct qualification to VALORANT Champions. The two teams have yet to meet this stage; however, VALORANT betting sites have installed NRG as clear favorites.

Sam “s0m” Oh and co. were the top-performing team of Group Omega, and they are fresh off a 13-2, 13-2 sweep of Leviatan. While that form is strong, Cloud9 should present a tougher challenge.

Cloud9 finished the group stage with a 3-2 record and lost 2-1 to Sentinels in the upper-bracket semifinals. However, they performed well against 100 Thieves after that, so having them priced at +150 is disrespectful.

NRG have shown more this split, but they should not be priced at this number. This match is closer to a coin flip than the odds suggest.
