VCT Betting Predictions

The final week of VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 EMEA Stage 2 begins this Wednesday, August 13, with two matchups that offer some interesting esports betting opportunities.

KOI and Natus Vincere will face off for a spot in the knockout stage, followed by a clash between title favorites Fnatic and the already eliminated Apeks.

ESB brings you previews for the two games, along with a pair of VALORANT betting picks.

With one victory from the first four weeks of VCT EMEA Stage 2, KOI now face the possibility of missing out on the playoffs for the second stage in a row. Natus Vincere have done slightly better at 2-2, which puts them in the race for a top-three finish.

KOI’s sole victory came last week against Group Omega’s wooden-spoon winners, Apeks, whom they had to reverse-sweep after dropping Lotus. Natus Vincere, on the other side, swept Karmine Corp on Thursday, when Uğur “Ruxic” Güç — now ranked as the second-best player in the league — had another strong showing.

With Ruxic’s form, it is hard to question NAVI’s chances in this matchup. But KOI are strong on Haven and Icebox, which are not Natus Vincere’s best maps.

NAVI should win, but KOI can force a close game.

Apeks are out of VCT EMEA playoff contention. They have failed to win a single match this stage, so it comes as no surprise that the best VALORANT betting sites have them as heavy underdogs to take down Fnatic.

The Black & Orange are fresh off a painful 0-2 loss against Team Liquid, who edged out a 14-12 overtime win on Bind and humiliated Fnatic on Ascent with 13-1. After that loss, Fnatic can no longer secure the No.1 seed in the group, but they can also no longer drop below the top three.

This match is more of a formality than anything else. Fnatic will want to gain some momentum ahead of the knockout stage, but they could take this opportunity to practice their weaker maps.

At $2.62, taking Apeks to steal a map is an inviting offer, as they have managed to leave a dent in all four teams they’ve faced. They nearly swept Team Liquid and should do some damage against Fnatic as well.
