Team Nemesis expand their presence in esports with a CS2 roster

Following their recent foray into several esports titles, Team Nemesis have entered the Counter-Strike 2 scene after signing a new squad.

International esports organization Team Nemesis announced their entry into the Counter-Strike 2 scene with a new lineup.

Headlining Team Nemesis’ CS2 squad are Thomas “Thomas” Utting and Joey “CRUC1AL” Steusel, formerly of Into the Breach.

The duo will link up with James “bevve” Slinn and Roberts “Frip” Poļakovs, who started their careers in 2021. Occupying the final slot on the roster is a 19-year-old Pole, Dawid “tein” Sladkowski, as the youngest player of Nemesis’ lineup.

The latter is relatively inexperienced, having launched his career in December 2024 with los kogutos, before spending two months with ESC Gaming after signing with them in January.

Featuring a mix of veterans and promising young players, and coach Robin “robin” Sjögren, Team Nemesis will look to leave a mark in the Counter-Strike 2 scene, not long after the organization formed divisions in seven other esports titles.

In February, Team Nemesis signed a Halo Esports roster consisting of David “GloryGGz” Finn, Norwen “SLG” Le Galloudec, Michael “Snipedrone” Juchau, and Eljas “WuTum” Veirto, all ex-Into the Breach members.

A month later, Team Nemesis announced a Southeast Asian Dota 2 roster, consisting of local talent, including former Fnatic and TNC Predator offlaner, Polo “Raven” Fausto.

The same month, Team Nemesis made their first foray into Apex Legends, with an all-British roster of Max “RemixPowers” Creamer, Cameron “Noiises” Walker, and Matthew “Zuni” Archibald, who was replaced by Kai “KaishiHaa” Finch in June.

More recently, Nemesis also formed a VALORANT outfit of Singaporean players, adding to their Marvel Rivals, Honor of Kings, and Track Mania esports teams.

With the formation of the Counter-Strike 2 team, Team Nemesis now own divisions in eight titles and are rapidly expanding their presence in the esports world.

The new team have no tournaments scheduled in the coming weeks.
