BETBY has joined the Esports Integrity Commission.

The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) has officially announced sportsbook solutions provider BETBY as its latest Tier 1 Anti-Corruption Partner, marking a major step forward in efforts to combat match-fixing and betting-related corruption within esports.
BETBY’s inclusion in the ESIC program underscores its growing role in maintaining fair play and transparency across global betting markets. As part of ESIC’s Anti-Corruption Supporter program, the company will share betting data and operational insights to assist in detecting and investigating suspicious wagering activity tied to esports events.
Betting integrity has long been an issue for esports betting sites, but ESIC, which was founded in 2016, has made significant inroads into cleaning up practices like match-fixing and players betting on their own games.
“BETBY’s recognition as a Tier 1 Anti-Corruption Partner reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the integrity framework of the global esports ecosystem,” ESIC CEO Stephen Hanna said.
“ESIC’s Anti-Corruption Supporter program relies on the proactive cooperation of stakeholders like BETBY, whose data and operational insights contribute directly to our ability to identify and mitigate integrity threats.
“This cooperation is another important step towards ensuring that esports competitions remain fair, credible, and sustainable for all participants and stakeholders.”
For BETBY, the move reinforces its values around ethical governance and sustainable growth within one of the fastest-growing segments of the betting industry. It also differentiates their platform from other sports betting providers, who have a business to business product, and have not joined ESIC, which includes many betting sites registered in Curacao.
Many regional-focussed esports betting sites are also yet to join ESIC, with it having a USD $10,000, plus travel and accommodation costs for ESIC officers as an initial fee. ESIC also has a USD $5,000 renewal fee.
“Integrity has always been at the heart of BETBY’s values and vision,” said Leonid Pertsovskiy, CEO of BETBY.
“Esports is one of the fastest-growing sectors in our industry, and with that growth comes a responsibility to ensure it develops on a foundation of fairness, trust, and transparency.
“By joining forces with ESIC, we are not only supporting higher standards of governance in esports, but also reaffirming our dedication to creating a sustainable and ethical competitive environment.”
Through this partnership, BETBY joins a global network of operators and regulators committed to protecting esports from manipulation, helping to ensure the credibility and long-term success of the competitive gaming ecosystem.
