Week 2 of the Overwatch League will be hosted by the Philadelphia Fusion at the Met in Philly, and can be watched on Youtube Gaming.
Florida Mayhem v Houston Outlaws will be the first game on Saturday, and with both teams expected to be around mid-field this year they will be hoping for a positive start. The Mayhem are -163.93 favourite to win the contest, while the Outlaws odds are +120.
The other game on Saturday will be the Philadelphia Fusion (-250) against the Washington Justice (+175). The Fusion, paying +1000 to win the championship, have some serious talent on their roster and many are tipping rookie Kyeong-Bo “Alarm” Kim to have an immediate impact playing at support.
Sunday’s OWL matches, which have not had odds for them released yet, will see the rubbers reversed and the Justice take on Houston and Florida take on the Fusion.
Outright winner betting odds – OWL futures
San Francisco Shock remain the short-priced favourite to win the 2020 Overwatch league, after only losing one player from last year’s championship winning team.
The Shock (+225) are not the only team featured heavily at the top of the OWL betting market, with New York +350 and Atlanta Reign +650 also finding some fans.
The buzz team of the off-season, Shanghai Dragons still offer some great value, with most esports betting sites having them priced at +700.
