INVICTUS GAMING vs ROYAL NEVER GIVE UP LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: IG +125 at BetOnline | RNG -175.44 at BetOnline

Invictus Gaming started LPL 2023 Summer with a 2-0 sweep of LGD Gaming but dropped the ball against Ninjas in Pyjamas (0-2) on Saturday, which explains why they’re priced as underdogs against Royal Never Give Up. However, the loss to NiP was an uncharacteristically bad performance, so we wouldn’t put too much weight on it.

Royal Never Give Up also enter the second week of this LoL Pro League split with a 1-1 record. They defeated Rare Atom (2-0) and lost against LNG Esports (0-2) — but both results were expected, so they don’t tell us very much.

Talent-wise, IG and Royal Never Give Up are fairly equal, so it’s tough to justify pricing RNG as clear favourites. It should be a close match, so we’ll take over 2.5 in the total maps market.

EDWARD GAMING vs BILIBILI GAMING LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: EDG -138.89 at BetOnline | Bilibili +100 at BetOnline
When: June 7, 2023 | 19:00 CST
Watch Live: Lolesports, Twitch

EDward Gaming went 1-1 in the first week of the split, with a win against Ninjas in Pyjamas (2-0) and a close defeat against Top Esports (1-2). There’s not much to take from those games, but we can agree that EDG look strong and should be as competitive as they were in LPL 2023 Spring.

Bilibili Gaming are one of three teams that have yet to lose a game, although they’ve only beaten Oh My God (2-0) and Rare Atom (2-1). Winning two games deserves some praise, but beating EDG won’t come as easy.

These are two of LPL’s top teams, so this should be a competitive game; however, it’s fair to see EDward Gaming priced as slight favourites. They were better than BLG last split, are more consistent, and have a significantly better mid-late game.

That doesn’t mean Bilibili can’t bite, but at the offered LoL betting odds, we like EDward Gaming to sweep.
