Below are our free LoL Worlds betting picks and full previews for October 18, with esports odds courtesy of the top-rated betting sites globally.

TEAM SECRET WHALES vs FLYQUEST

Best Odds: TSW +240 at BetOnline | FLY -333.33 at SportsBetting
When: October 18, 2025 | 16:00 CST

Team Secret Whales picked up a crucial victory against Vivo Keyd Stars on Wednesday, but could not make it past the surging KT Rolster in the second round. Now they are set to face the second LoL Champions of The Americas (LTA) squad, FlyQuest, who are fresh off a victory against their domestic rivals.

Secret Whales played relatively well against KT Rolster. They did a good job playing from a deficit and made a few solid picks. The Vietnamese outfit also navigated well through the drafting phase, picking up Rumble, Jarvan IV, and Bard, granted that is unlikely to happen again.

FlyQuest’s victory against Vivo Keyd Stars was all about the top-jungle duo, Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau and Kacper “Inspired” Słoma, who took over the game. There isn’t much to say about that victory, but it is worth noting that Bwipo, who has been involved in a recent controversy, and Inspired looked great in FLY’s first game as well and could cause issues for Team Secret Whales.

Americas’ champions give off an impression of having a higher ceiling, but Team Secret Whales have shown some good things. Underdogs with a 9-kill handicap are an inviting pick.

GEN.G ESPORTS vs T1

Best Odds: Gen.G -200 at SportsBetting | T1 +150 at BetOnline
When: October 18, 2025 | 17:00 CST
Watch Live: Twitch, Lolesports

Gen.G Esports and T1 will clash on Saturday for the 10th time this season after they’ve both looked shaky across the first two rounds of play. T1 jungler Mun “Oner” Hyeon-jun, in particular, has been very questionable this event and appears to be T1’s weak point.

Gen.G had to admit defeat to Anyone’s Legend last round. They entered the match with a questionable draft with too many dashes against Taliyah and Poppy. At times, Gen.G also seemed disjointed, namely during the fourth dragon fight.

Neither of the two LoL Champions Korea (LCK) representatives have impressed yet. While the top LoL betting sites have Gen.G favored, that has to do with their solid head-to-head and less with their form.

Form-wise, this should be closer to 50/50, making T1 a solid bet at outsider odds.

G2 ESPORTS vs BILIBLILI GAMING

Best Odds: G2 +162 at BetOnline | BLG -227.27 at BetOnline
When: October 18, 2025 | 18:00 CST
Watch Live: Twitch, Lolesports

Bilibili Gaming picked themselves up after losing to 100 Thieves by beating Fnatic. An early mishap in the bottom from Fnatic played a role, as even though the European outfit managed to stabilize, BLG already had the momentum and the right champions to snowball.

Even though it was a better performance from the Chinese squad, they did not show anything promising and simply benefited from the early errors.

G2 Esports took care of business against Movistar KOI in the last round, and, much like Bilibili Gaming, were the beneficiaries of early mistakes.

This is a clash between two teams who have looked much worse than expected. There are many question marks above both teams, but BLG seem to be more volatile. G2 Esports at +162 are hard to pass on.

100 THIEVES vs HANWHA LIFE ESPORTS

Best Odds: 100T +550 at BetOnline | HLE -1000 at SportsBetting
When: October 18, 2025 | 19:00 CST
Watch Live: Twitch, Lolesports

100 Thieves are huge underdogs to defeat Hanwha Life Esports and for all the right reasons. They upset the shaky Bilibili Gaming in the first round, but looked toothless against Top Esports, who accumulated a +5k gold lead in the first 15 minutes.

Despite what the early results might suggest, Hanwha Life Esports are a much stronger team than Top Esports, so another one-sided stomping of 100T is likely on the cards.

Admittedly, HLE are not that explosive, but they are patient and will punish any mistake. 100 Thieves should give them plenty of opportunities to do just that.

Barring any scenario where 100 Thieves get a massive lead early, this should be a one-sided victory for the Korean esports squad.

Hanwha Life Esports -11.5 kills
