The second day of the fourth week at the 2025 Esports World Cup featured three titles on Wednesday. Chess, PUBG Mobile and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang highlighted the day’s action in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Chess Esports World Cup group stage wrapped up, as the lower bracket series took place in each of the four groups. Ian Nepomniachtchi, Nihal Sarin, Hikaru Nakamura and Nodirbek Abdusattorov ran through the lower bracket and secured their place in the playoffs.

The second day of the survival stage of the PUBG Mobile World Cup was featured on Wednesday, with the last six games taking place inside the Qiddiya Esports Arena.
After the survival stage concluded, the top eight squads advanced to the grand finals, with Horaa Esports, Fire Flux Esports, POWR eSports, Regnum Carya, eArena Nongshim RedForce, Team Falcons and Yangon Galacticos booking their spots.
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports World Cup returned on Wednesday, with the first two quarterfinals taking place inside the AMAZON Arena.
Following the first two series, Team Liquid PH and ONIC advanced to the semifinals. On Thursday, RRQ Hoshi and SRG.OG will clash before Team Spirit and ONIC Philippines meet in the last quarterfinal.
