The third day of the 2025 Esports World Cup featured three new titles, with Apex Legends, Fatal Fury and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang joining VALORANT, Dota 2 and Rennsport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The final day of the group stage at the VALORANT Esports World Cup saw the final four teams secure their playoff spots. Paper Rex, BBL Esports, NRG and Fnatic awaited their opponents after claiming back-to-back wins to advance. Below you will find the decider match results and the playoff fixtures for Friday.

The Dota 2 Esports World Cup slowed down on Thursday, with only four matches being played across the day. With the action in Groups A and B now complete, Team Spirit and BetBoom Team have qualified for the playoffs.

Groups C and D will play their third-round matches on Friday. In Group C, Aurora will face Virtus.pro, and Tundra Esports will clash with Team Yandex. In Group D, Team Liquid will face off with HEROIC, followed by a meeting between PARIVISION and Shopify Rebellion.
The Rennsport Esports World Cup playoffs kicked off with the upper bracket races, where Team Redline and Virtus.pro advanced to the Finals, while Porsche Coanda failed to meet expectations and dropped into the lower bracket.
The Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team continued to struggle in the lower bracket, and after three more races, the pre-tournament favourite was eliminated from the Rennsport EWC, as Team Vitality secured the final spot in the Finals.
The Apex Legends Esports World Cup kicked off with Pool Play action in Pool 1, with the first 20 teams competing in 10 matches on Thursday. After finishing inside the bottom three from those 10 games, KOI, EDward Gaming and Zero Tenacity were eliminated from the event. Meanwhile, TSM, Team Falcons, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Fnatic, KINOTROPE gaming, Wolves Esports and Natus Vincere advanced to the Finals.
The Fatal Fury Esports World Cup kicked off on Thursday, and the first four players have qualified for the Finals Bracket. Zeng “Xiao Hai” Zhuojun, Shoji “Fenritti” Sho, Goichi “GO1” Kishida, and Hiroaki “mok” Hashizume secured their spot in the Finals after claiming back-to-back wins in their respective groups.
