G2 Esports are expected to compete for the top spots at ESL Pro League Season 14, but they might need some time to get their wheels spinning. Although still an incredibly stacked team, we might see some ring rust when they step out in their first match since July.

Sinners Esports haven’t achieved the same level of success as G2 this year, but they are still one of the best tier-two teams in the world. Last month they placed top four at Pinnacle Cup II, while they won ESEA Season 37 Premier Division Europe at the end of June. Like G2, Sinners haven’t played a single official match in a month, but situations like this usually favour the outsiders.

Sinners to win a map at -131.58 is a solid bet at great odds. Although G2 Esports might sweep the up-and-coming Czech side, we will keep our expectations low for the opening rounds of play.

COMPLEXITY vs FORZE CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Complexity enter ESL Pro League Season 14 without their star player, Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke, who is out of action for up to six weeks with a broken and dislocated wrist. As his replacement, Complexity have called in Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen, who has already stood in for them following Owen “oBo” Schlatter’s departure during ESL Pro League Season 12 Europe.

ForZe earned their ticket for the tournament after Renegades withdrew due to travel restrictions in Australia. Even though the Russians were gifted a spot, it’s not like they aren’t good enough to be here.

ForZe might not be up there with the CS:GO top dogs, but they have done well against other A-Tier teams before and are now set to face a struggling team who recently made a roster change, replaced their coach, and are missing their star player. That’s a perfect recipe for an upset.
