ECSTATIC lock in a full Danish CS2 roster by adding nicoodoz and Buzz from OG’s bench, joining TMB, nut nut and Anlelele ahead of BLAST Bounty Winter.

ECSTATIC finalized their Counter-Strike 2 roster on Saturday, January 3, with the signing of Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi and Christian “Buzz” Andersen.
The two players join a full Danish lineup after a joint stint with OG and link up with Thomas “TMB” Bundsbæk, Martin “nut nut” Holm, and Anton “Anlelele” Huynh as the final missing pieces.
OG unveiled the signings a day after the departure of Frederik “acoR” Gyldstrand, who, alongside William “sirah” Kjærsgaard, made way for the new arrivals.
Nicoodoz and Buzz join ECSTATIC after spending the last months on OG’s bench as inactive players.
While nicoodoz has been sitting on the sidelines since October, Buzz had been inactive for much longer, having been removed from OG’s active roster in July.
Despite being out of action for the last months of 2025, Buzz averaged a promising 1.05 performance rating during his stay. Meanwhile, nicoodoz, who joined OG in April, ended his stint with the team with a 1.11 performance average.
The Danish duo are viewed as impactful additions for ECSTATIC, who have been struggling to make much noise in the upper echelons of competitive Counter-Strike.
Throughout the 2025 season, they’ve not won any big tournaments and have only found success in a few lesser events. Those include RES Showdown Fall and Winline Insight Season.
Notably, the Danes crashed out of the BLAST Open Fall 2025 in the online stage, placing 13th-16th.
ECSTATIC are currently ranked 34th in the global Valve Regional Standings (VRS) and 37th in the world ranking. With the new additions, however, they can aim to improve in the coming season, starting in just over one week.
ECSTATIC will debut their new roster at BLAST Bounty Winter, which kicks off on January 13.
