100 Thieves sign poiii, sirah, and Ag1l as their CS2 rebuild nears completion. With rain as IGL and gla1ve as coach, the roster is one piece away.

On Monday, January 5, 100 Thieves unveiled Alex “poiii” Nyholm, William “sirah” Kjærsgaard, and André “Ag1l” Gil as the latest signings to their new Counter-Strike 2 project, which is now just one player short of being complete.
Poiii joins 100 Thieves following a buyout from Alliance, where he has spent the last six months.
Alliance was only the third professional team the 19-year-old has played for, after his stints with Lilmix and EYEBALLERS.
Since signing for Alliance, poiii has mainly competed in lower-tier European tournaments, helping the Swedish team win four tournament titles, including Svenska Cupen in November.
Competing mainly in online events, poiii has averaged a 1.15 performance rating and 1.20 on LAN.
That includes the tournament’s highest (1.43) rating at Svenska Cupen.
Sirah, on the other hand, joins for 100 Thieves after a one-year stay with ECSTATIC, with whom he won several B-Tier tournaments, averaging a promising 1.12 performance rating.
He previously played for TSM, who acquired the Dane after his promising stint with MOUZ NXT, where he made a name for himself as one of the most promising players in the scene.
Of the three arrivals, Ag1l stands out after his successful stay with SAW, with whom he secured a bronze medal at PGL Masters Bucharest in November.
The three youngsters are considered two of the top prospects in the world and now join 100 Thieves, who are in the process of re-launching their Counter-Strike division for the first time since 2021.
The process started with the arrival of Håvard “rain” Nygaard in November as the team’s in-game leader.
In December, 100 Thieves signed Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander, who will serve as a coach following his retirement as a player.
With five members, 100 Thieves are nearly done completing their new roster.
While there are no official confirmations on who they will sign next, 100T have been linked with Nicolai “device” Reedtz, gla1ve’s former teammate, who left Astralis at the end of December.
By building a new roster from the ground up, 100 Thieves will have to fight through lower-tier tournaments for Valve Regional Standings (VRS) points to secure invites for bigger events in the 2026 season.
