Team Vitality lost their second match of VCT 2025 EMEA Stage 1 last Thursday, when they were swept aside by Team Heretics with 10-13 on Haven and 6-13 on Icebox. Despite being 1-2, VALORANT betting sites have Vitality priced as firm favourites to take down Apeks this week.
Apeks are 0-3 ahead of the fourth week of play, with losses against Heretics, Natus Vincere, and Fnatic, who bested them with 13-5 on Lotus and 16-14 on Split on Friday. Despite losing all three of their games this stage, Apeks have been looking a bit better, and they showed signs of life against three other solid squads.
This is Vitality’s game to lose, but they’ve been showing cracks, whereas Apeks have proved to be feisty underdogs. Unless the Bees wake up this Wednesday, there is a good chance Apeks will snatch one map.

After dropping their first game of the stage against Gentle Mates, Team Liquid bounced back with wins against BBL Esports and FUT Esports, who Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin and co. humiliated with 13-1 on Lotus and 13-9 on Split last week.
KOI have not been nearly as successful this stage, with three 0-2 defeats against FUT Esports, Karmine Corp, and BBL Esports. Over the six maps played, KOI have forced overtime twice — against FUT Esports and Karmine Corp — but that is the only positive thing we can take from KOI’s showings this split.
Liquid are known to be a bit untrustworthy, but they are up against a team who have not won a map since January. Anything less than a dominant 2-0 sweep will be a disappointment for Team Liquid.
