OG announced the signing of Casper “cadiaN” Møller on Tuesday, November 11, marking his return to
the Counter-Strike 2 scene for the first time since April.

The former HEROIC in-game leader signs for OG less than two weeks after the European team parted
ways with in-game leader Christoffer “Chr1zN” Storgaard and AWPer Nico “nicoodoz” Tamjidi.

CadiaN’s arrival fits in perfectly, as he will take over both roles, picking up the Big Green and the
captain’s armband of OG’s new project.

The Danish veteran’s signing marks the end of his long seven-month break from competitive play, which
started in April, when he was moved to Astralis’ bench to make room for Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen.

Signing with OG also offers cadiaN a fresh start, following two lacklustre stints with Team Liquid and
Astralis. With his last two teams, the Dane averaged 0.94 and 0.84 performance ratings, respectively.

This was a steep drop-off compared to cadiaN’s four-year journey with HEROIC, whom he helped win
several LAN events and reach Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major grand finals, while averaging a 1.10
rating.

With cadiaN as the team’s new AWPer and IGL, OG are missing just one more player to complete their
new roster. It currently features Rafel “arrozdoce” Wing, Adam “adamb” Ångström, and Olle “spooke”
Grundström as the longest-standing member.

OG have not confirmed tournaments lined up in the coming weeks, but are likely to attend events
following the completion of the roster rebuild.
