Danish Counter-Strike 2 coach Torbjørn “mithR” Nyborg has announced that Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2025 was his last tournament in charge of Complexity.

The 35-year-old joined the team ahead of FISSURE Playground #1 as a temporary coach and now departs after leading the team in only two tournaments.

While a potential extension was on the table, the ex-Team Liquid strategist announced on Thursday that he is leaving Complexity and is open to new offers.

Complexity have been without a fulltime head coach since the departure of Tiaan “T.c” Coertzen in March 2025.

They relied on manager Graham “messioso” Pitt to lead them through PGL Bucharest and IEM Dallas 2025, while Eric “adreN” Hoag took over for the BLAST.tv Austin Major but was dismissed after a disappointing 28th-30th result.

They have fared little better with mithR, however, finishing FISSURE Playground #1 in fifth-eighth and exiting IEM Cologne 2025 in last place.

With his departure, Complexity are back to hunting for a new head coach, with little time to find a replacement.

The online stage of BLAST Bounty Fall 2025 kicks off on August 5, with 32 Counter-Strike teams battling for eight LAN finals invites.
