The best LoL bookmakers have LNG Esports priced as -714.29 favorites to defeat Ultra Prime for the second time this split.

Considering how dominant LNG have been in Group Nirvana, this number comes as no surprise.

Even though the LPL has been very volatile in the opening split, leading to many upsets, LNG Esports have been a tier above everyone else over the last three weeks. They have established themselves as the only clear No.1 team in their respective group.

LNG are coming off a 2-1 victory against LGD Gaming, who caused them some issues on the second map; however, it mainly came down to the draft difference and LGD taking advantage of their early-game composition. They were otherwise the better team on the day.

Ultra Prime were not as successful in their last outing on Friday, losing to Oh My God. It marked their third consecutive defeat, including a one-sided stomp by LNG last Tuesday.

Another 2-0 sweep should not escape LNG Esports.

INVICTUS GAMING vs JD GAMING

JD Gaming enter their last match of the regular season on a two-game losing streak, with defeats against Weibo Gaming and Anyone’s Legend. The latter was a bad loss.

JD Gaming had another massive throw on map one, while the remaining two maps were close until the mid-late game, when each side took over once.

Like JD Gaming, Invictus Gaming haven’t been doing well recently. They are on a three-game losing streak, including defeats against Top Esports, Anyone’s Legend, and Bilibili Gaming, who bested them on Saturday.

Bilibili Gaming dominated map one, while the second was pretty close until Invictus Gaming stumbled and allowed BLG to run away with a lead in the mid-game. This seems to become a trend with IG, who are consistently competitive, but end up failing to survive in the latter stages of matches.

Both teams have proven prone to slipping, suggesting this will be a sloppy affair that can go either way. IG have been worse in closing out games, so an upset is unlikely, but this series can easily extend to three maps.
