FaZe Clan lives to fight another day at the BLAST Premier World Final in Singapore after defeating Natus Vincere in Group A’s lower bracket final, securing the third seed and a spot in the first round of the playoffs.

Despite a rough start on Inferno, FaZe bounced back on Mirage and Ancient, with stellar plays from David “frozen” Čerňanský and Robin “ropz” Kool, who struggled initially but emerged as FaZe’s highest-rated players by series end.

This victory marks a significant turnaround for the Counter-Strike squad after three consecutive losses to Natus Vincere.

Meanwhile, Astralis punched their ticket to the semi-finals by defeating MOUZ 2-0, adding to their earlier win over Natus Vincere.

Captain Casper “cadiaN” Møller, playing through an elbow injury, led the Danish squad with a dominant terrorist side on Vertigo and Nuke.

The trio of Victor “Staehr” Staehr, Nicolai “device” Reedtz, and Jakob “jabbi” Nygaard shone, sending Astralis straight to the semi-finals while MOUZ moves to the quarter-finals.

Team Vitality also clinched a quarter-final berth after eliminating Team Liquid, whose struggles continued despite a solid start.

Liquid secured Anubis but fell on Dust2 and Nuke, unable to maintain momentum.

Despite Keith “NAF” Markovic’s standout performance, Liquid faltered on their terrorist sides, hindered by individual play disconnects and struggles adapting their playstyle.

Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken’s post-game frustration highlighted Liquid’s ongoing challenges as they prepare for the Major cycle in Asia.

On the other side of the bracket, G2 Esports earned a semi-final spot with a 2-0 win over Team Spirit on Anubis and Mirage.

While Spirit put up resistance, G2 held control through crucial impact plays from Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov.

G2 will face the winner of MOUZ vs. Vitality, while Spirit, still adjusting after the player break, prepares for a quarter-final clash with FaZe to vie for a semi-final match against Astralis.
