The FC Pro 25 World Championship grand final brought an end to the fifth week of the 2025 Esports World Cup, with Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty Warzone, and EA Sports FC featuring throughout the week. Heading into the final two weeks of competition, titles and Club Championship points will become much more valuable.
The Rainbow Six Siege Esports World Cup concluded on Saturday, August 9, when Team Secret defeated G2 Esports 3-0 in the grand final. Even though Team Secret entered the tournament as a +1400 outsider with top esports betting sites, they completed their unbeaten run with a flawless playoff performance.

Grand Final: Team Secret defeated G2 Esports 3-0
An action-packed final day of the Call of Duty Warzone Esports World Cup featured 10 matches of the finals, as five of the 14 teams earned ‘Match Point Eligible’ status.
Twisted Minds and Virtus.pro reached the 135-point threshold for Match Point Eligibility by game eight, before Team Falcons and 100 Thieves followed suit in game nine.
However, it would be Twisted Minds who would claim the final match of the day to lift the CoD Warzone EWC trophy. Gentle Mates and Virtus.pro rounded out the top three in second and third, respectively.
The FC Pro 25 World Championship concluded on Sunday, August 10. The semifinals took place earlier in the day, when Manuel “ManuBachoore” Bachoore and Brice “Brice” Masson qualified for the final in polar opposite ways.
After being one of the more dominant players throughout the Esports World Cup tournament, ManuBachoore continued his strong run of form and claimed a 5-3 win in the grand final.

With five weeks of the Esports World Cup in the books, there are only two more weeks of competition and seven events left for clubs to earn points and climb the standings.
Following a strong fourth week, Team Liquid continued their run up the standings and took the top spot from Team Falcons after claiming another title and 1,000 points.
