Team Empire will clash with Team Unique in their fourth match of Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 3. The Russian squad have yet to drop a game this tournament, and it’s fair to say that won’t change on Tuesday.

Empire are fresh off a bitter-sweet seventh-eighth place finish at ESL One Fall 2021, where they have done well enough to make it out of Group B with a 0-4-1 record, but they fell flat at the first hurdle in the playoffs. Regardless, Empire have proven that they can be competitive against Europe’s best teams.

Team Unique have done well in the second season of the Champions League, but they came up short against Hellbear Smashers in the lower bracket finals and walked away with a bronze medal. Unique are not a bad team and are 3-1 up in the head-to-head with Empire on the year, but with the form Empire have been showing of late, we can’t doubt them.

TEAM NEMIGA vs FANTASTIC FIVE Dota 2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Dota 2 Betting Odds: Nemiga +146 at BetOnline | F5 -200 at BetOnline

Nemiga Gaming last met with Fantastic Five in July, when they won 2-0 and secured their fourth head-to-head victory (4-2) on the year. Despite their success last time out, the Dota 2 betting odds price Nemiga as underdogs for the rematch.

That makes sense, considering Nemiga are 5-4 in their last nine outings and 1-4 in their last five. In contrast, Fantastic Five are 3-6 in their last nine, albeit they had to face more challenging opponents than Nemiga, who picked up four wins against semi-pro teams.

Although you could argue that Nemiga Gaming are weaker, this is still a match between two out-of-form teams where one is only slightly worse. Fantastic Five should win, but it won’t be a clean sweep.

HELLRAISERS vs SPIDER PIGZS Dota 2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Spider Pigzs enter their first meeting with Hellraisers with a 3-2 record from their last four, with losses against V-Gaming (0-2) and PuckChamp (1-2) and wins against qwerty (2-0), Nemiga Gaming (2-0), and Fantastic Five (2-1). HellRaisers have managed a slightly less convincing 1-4 record in their last five, with only one win against Nemiga (2-1), and four losses against V-Gaming (0-2), Team Spirit (1-2), Team Empire (1-2), and Fantastic Five (0-2).

We wouldn’t put too much weight on HellRaisers’ recent results, considering their last three outings (1-2) were also HellRaisers’ only three games since June. Before that stretch, HellRaisers competed in The International 10 Eastern Europe Qualifier when they took down Natus Vincere and AS Monaco Gambit, which is a good indication of how strong they can be.

Ring rust is a factor, but HellRaisers have had enough time now to get back into the competitive rhythm. While it could be a close one, the favourites should get it done.

HellRaisers to win
