Call of Duty Esports World Cup 2025 continues on Friday, July 25, when eight teams will fight for survival in four group-stage elimination matches. Here are our CoD betting predictions for the day, with esports odds courtesy of the best bookmakers for gamblers in United States.
Best Odds: G2 -200 at BetOnline | FF +150 at SportsBetting
When: July 25, 2025 | 17:00 AST

G2 Esports started the Esports World Cup with a crushing 0-3 loss against Cloud9. Considering how weak they looked during the 2025 Call of Duty League season and the lack of roster changes, that result is not surprising.
Their elimination match should present G2 Esports with an easier task. FiveFears are the lowest-seeded CoD Challengers team, and they could not keep up with CDL champions OpTic in the first match of Group A.
FiveFears appear weaker on paper, but this roster (minus Kenyen “Capsidal” Sutton) defeated Minnesota RØKKR 3-1 last month during AMD Gaming Overclocked 2025. Having shown no improvement of late, G2 Esports should not be priced as -200 favourites.
Best Odds: M8 -227.27 at SportsBetting | Orchid +162 at BetOnline
When: July 25, 2025 | 17:00 AST
Watch Live: Twitch
Gentle Mates put up a good fight against 100 Thieves in the first round of Group B, but they had to admit defeat with 224-250 on Hardpoint–Rewind, 5-6 on Search & Destroy–Dealership, and 2-3 on Control–Hacienda.
Pushing the Esports World Cup title favourites to the limit is a very good sign for Gentle Mates. However, one good game does not take away from their iffy showings in the CDL 2025 season.
Team Orchid won Search & Destroy–Rewind against Vancouver Surge on Thursday but looked toothless on the remaining four maps. The sole map they won seemed more like a fluke than anything else.
Gentle Mates played one of their best games in a long time in the first round. This might not suggest a sudden resurgence, but another similar performance should net them a comfortable victory on Friday.
Best Odds: WaR +200 at BetOnline | Falcons -277.78 at BetOnline
When: July 25, 2025 | 17:00 AST
Watch Live: Twitch
Team WaR and Team Falcons both lost their Group C opening matches 1-3, against Boston Breach and KOI, respectively. Neither result is surprising, but seeing WaR take Hardpoint–Vault off the Breach is inspiring.
Team Falcons, despite the roster changes, remain very flawed, and they seem to have not improved on one of their biggest weaknesses: a shallow map pool.
Despite fielding big names, the Falcons do not work well as a unit and are not an appealing bet as -277.78 favourites.
Best Odds: OMiT -625 at BetOnline | P7 +350 at BetOnline
When: July 25, 2025 | 17:00 AST
Watch Live: Twitch
The best CoD betting sites have OMiT priced as -625 favourites to take down P7 Esports — and after what they showed in the first round of the group play, that looks like a fair price.
OMiT entered the tournament as outsiders capable of shaking up the field. They lived up to that tag on Thursday, when they nearly pulled off a major upset against the defending Esports World Cup champions, FaZe Clan.
Having proved they can hang with the best, Makenzie “Mack” Kelley should be feared by any team — especially P7, who lost to OMiT 0-4 in the Call of Duty Challengers 2025 Finals at the end of June.
This clash of two sister teams could turn scrappy, but OMiT have had P7’s number this season, and this is unlikely to change on Friday.
