BLAST.tv Austin Major kicks off on Tuesday, June 3, with the first eight fixtures of Stage 1, as 16 Counter-Strike 2 teams begin their quest for the trophy and the largest slice of the $1,250,000 prize pool. Here are our CS2 betting picks for the opening day with esports odds courtesy of top betting sites in United States.

COMPLEXITY vs OG CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: COL -125 at BetOnline | OG -111.11 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 10:00 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

Complexity and OG enter the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 with low expectations, but they are both anticipated to make it to the next stage.

Complexity had a solid run in March-April when they racked up 15 straight wins and even left a mark at PGL Bucharest 2025 (4th place). In contrast, OG have not attended a single S-Tier tournament this season, nor have they found a lot of success in lesser tournaments.

The experience of competing on LAN and against tougher opponents gives Complexity an edge over OG, who are good enough to make it through Stage 1 but should be viewed as underdogs for this game.

Complexity at -125 are a solid offer.

HEROIC vs CHINGGIS WARRIORS CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: HEROIC -909.09 at BetOnline | OG -111.11 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 10:00 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

HEROIC can be happy with the round one draw, as they got paired with the Chinggis Warriors, who have no previous LAN experience and are one of the weakest teams at the Major.

HEROIC have not looked great early into the season, but they’ve found some momentum over the last two months, with back-to-back titles at CCT Season 2 Global Finals and MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025, where they beat the Warriors 2-0 twice. They also placed in the top eight at Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2025.

This is HEROIC’s game to lose, and they’re fairly priced as favourites. But considering how the last meeting between these two teams went, the round handicap is a bit too generous to ignore.

B8 vs IMPERIAL ESPORTS CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: B8 -163.93 at BetOnline | Imperial +120 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 11:15 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

B8 have found some serious momentum of late, with a runner-up finish at CCT Season 2 Global Finals, a third-place finish at MESA Nomadic Masters Spring, and a gold medal from the European ESL Challenger League Season 49. Likewise, Imperial Esports left a positive impression in May when they won FiReLEAGUE Buenos Aires 2025.

The two teams have shown good form ahead of the Major; however, according to the top Counter-Strike 2 betting sites, B8 are favoured to win. This makes sense, as B8 looked very good in the European Major qualifiers and have since not shown signs of slowing down.

At -163.93, B8 are a solid bet.

BETBOOM TEAM vs NEMIGA GAMING CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: BB -151.52 at BetOnline | Nemiga +110 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 11:15 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

BetBoom Team and Nemiga Gaming last met during the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 European Qualifiers, when Nemiga Gaming won 13-4. BetBoom have since played 16 games and won 10, while Nemiga Gaming have played 11 games over the same stretch and managed a less-inspiring 5-6 record.

Besides holding a better record, BetBoom also field a more experienced roster, which goes a long way at a Major.

With a better map win rate on four out of seven maps in the rotation and only marginally worse stats on Train (78% vs 83%), BetBoom Team should be able to take care of business.

LYNN VISION GAMING vs LEGACY CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: Lynn Vision +137 at BetOnline | Legacy -188.68 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 12:30 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

Lynn Vision Gaming are priced as underdogs for their opening match of the Austin Major, as they face off against Legacy, who serve as a replacement for BESTIA after the South American qualifiers’ third-placed team failed to secure visas in time.

Legacy should not even be at the Major. They are only slightly higher rated than Lynn Vision (28th vs 31st) in the global standings and lower-ranked on Valve’s rankings (49th vs 25th).

Legacy hail from a stronger region, but that’s no reason to have them priced at -188.68 for a best-of-one game. Lynn Vision, at the offered numbers, are an excellent bet.

TYLOO vs NRG CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: TYLOO -120.48 at BetOnline | NRG -120.48 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 12:30 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

TYLOO enter the Major on an eight-game winning streak, having recently won the Asian Champions League 2025 and XSE Pro League Season 4. While TYLOO have had the luxury of facing weaker regional opponents, NRG did not have a much tougher schedule in May.

NRG are 10-3 from their last 13 outings, albeit 0-3 from the last three, with losses against Legacy, Team Falcons, and Aurora Gaming. Moreover, in the 10 games won, NRG have had a few close calls against weaker North American squads.

TYLOO should be favoured.

FLYQUEST vs FLUXO CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: FLY -125 at BetOnline | Fluxo -111.11 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 13:45 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

FlyQuest have adjusted to a new life without Christopher “dexter” Nong and performed relatively well in the last month, with a third-place finish at the Asian Champions League 2025. Fluxo have also found some success recently by winning ESL Challenger League Season 49: South America.

Neither team should be competing for top spots in Austin; however, experience plays a significant factor, and it makes FlyQuest a more appealing bet at these odds.

Despite not being in the best shape, the Oceanic lineup have spent most of the season competing in S-Tier tournaments, and the core had previously attended the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

WILDCARD vs METIZPORT CS2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: Wildcard -125 at BetOnline | MZP -111.11 at BetOnline
When: June 3, 2025 | 13:45 CDT
Watch Live: Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/BLASTPremier)

Wildcard and Metizport have both been very inconsistent this season. Unlike Metizport, Wildcard have won one tournament since the turn of the year, but that happened in January, so that success holds little weight.

There is an argument to be made that Metizport come from a stronger region and should be in a better spot to win, but their map pool is not as good, and unlike Wildcard, the Swedes have not attended a single big event.

Wildcard have been playing well for their standards and are one of the main candidates to qualify for Stage 2. Barring any surprises, they should handle Metizport.
